This is the original recipe, from 1981, that started a revolution. Marie progressively added increasing amounts of pepper and soon other flavors emerged in her world famous line of pepper sauces.

Ingredients: Fresh hand chopped carrots, chopped white onions, natural vinegar, select red Belizean habanero pepper, freshly squeezed key lime juice, hand harvested snowy white sea salt and freshly roasted garlic.
